Within STUGG, we have appointed a complaints officer to assist members in submitting complaints regarding matters within the association. A complaint is an expression of dissatisfaction. You can file a complaint about an individual issue that affects you, such as inappropriate behavior, organizational problems, or other situations that make you feel uncomfortable.
The complaints officer ensures that both the complainant and the person whose behavior the complaint concerns have the opportunity to be heard. Any member can submit a complaint to the complaints officer about the way another member of the organization has behaved towards them or someone else.
Your complaint will be sent to a neutral member of STUGG. This means that the person is not an active member within STUGG. The complaints officer will listen to your story, provide advice, assist you in the process, and ensure that your complaint is taken seriously.
