Vanaf de zomer van 2026 gaat STUGG van start met een Acquisitiecommissie. Uit onderzoek is gebleken dat STUGG veel voordeel kan halen uit een groep die zich specifiek bezighoudt met sponsoring en contacten met bedrijven.
De commissie bestaat uit vijf leden, waaronder de Commissaris Extern van het bestuur. De Acquisitiecommissie ondersteunt het bestuur en zorgt ervoor dat sponsoring binnen STUGG goed geregeld blijft, zowel nu als in de toekomst. Het wordt een langdurige commissie, dus je blijft in de commissie tot je er uit stapt. Zo spreken sponsoren zo veel mogelijk dezelfde mensen, wat bevorderlijk is voor de sponsorrelatie.
Wat doet de Acquisitiecommissie?
- Contact onderhouden met huidige sponsoren
- Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor sponsoren
- Het opzetten van sponsorpakketten
- Op zoek gaan naar nieuwe sponsoren en samenwerkingen
- Gesprekken voeren over evaluaties en verlengingen
- Het sponsoroverzicht bijhouden en documenteren

Het doel van de Acquisitiecommissie is om sponsoring binnen STUGG op een structurele en overzichtelijke manier te organiseren, zodat kennis en contacten behouden blijven en niet verloren gaan bij bestuurswisselingen.

From the summer of 2026, STUGG will launch a Sponsorship Committee. Research has shown that STUGG stands to benefit greatly from having a group dedicated specifically to sponsorship and liaising with companies.
The committee consists of five members, including the External Commissioner from the board. The Acquisition Committee supports the board and ensures that sponsorship within STUGG remains well organised, both now and in the future. It will be a long-term committee, so you will remain on the committee until you step down. This ensures that sponsors deal with the same people as much as possible, which is beneficial for the sponsorship relationship.
What does the Acquisition Committee do?
- Maintaining contact with current sponsors
- Acting as a point of contact for sponsors
- Setting up sponsorship packages
- Seeking out new sponsors and partnerships
- Conducting discussions on evaluations and renewals
- Maintaining and documenting the sponsorship overview
